What You Need to Know

You will want to show up at least 10 minutes before the class begins. Each class includes a warm-up and stretching session, technique instructions of the exercises being performed during the workout of the day (WOD), and a short cash out period. All workouts will be modified or scaled by the coach to accommodate every skill level.
